Grade 10 and 11 timetables
Grade 10 and 11 students of St.Joseph-Scollard Hall will receive their timetables for the 2015-2016 school year during period one on September 8th. Any student with a timetable issue will report directly to the auditorium for a meeting with Student Services. If a timetable change is needed, appeal forms, with a parental signature, must be returned to Student Services no later than Thursday, September 10th at noon.
Grade 12 Timetable Pick-up & Appeal Process
Grade 12 students of St. Joseph-Scollard Hall may pick up their timetables for the 2015-2016 school year in the main office during the week of August 17th to the 21st between the hours of 8:00 - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. If a student is away, a parent or guardian can pick up the timetable on the student's behalf. Appeal forms will also be available and must be returned by noon on August 21st.
Grade 9 Orientation Day
All grade 9 students and parents are invited to Orientation Day Thursday, September 3rd from 10:00–11:30 a.m.. Come get your timetable, find your classrooms and be ready for first day of school.
Report Card Pick-up
Please be advised that semester two report cards for St. Joseph-Scollard Hall students will be available for pick-up in the main office from 8:00 am to noon and 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Included with the report card will be information regarding timetable pick-up for grade 12s in August and the appeal process. Reports may be picked up by the student or guardian only.
Tell Them From Me Survey
As part of our focus on school effectiveness, St. Joseph-Scollard Hall will be participating in an online school survey for students – Tell Them From Me (TTFM).
TTFM is an online survey that allows students to give their feedback and share their voice on their school environment, experiences at school, and any school improvement programs.
