Student Timetables and Timetable Conflict Procedures
Student timetables will be available on the parent portal for download and printing on Monday, August 15th. If your son or daughter has a conflict in their timetable you can print the appeal form and course master list. Completed appeal forms are to be dropped off at the school and will be processed on a first come first serve basis, starting with the grade 12 students. If you require a hard copy please call 705-494-8600 ext. 3227.
Creating your parent portal and on-line school cash accounts
St. Joseph-Scollard Hall would like to take this opportunity to keep you informed of the new enhancements with our parent portal. You will be able to access and print any educational information in regards to your son or daughter, for example, print timetables, report cards and IEP information. It will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian to print their son or daughter’s timetable for the upcoming school year and reports cards throughout the school year. If you require a hard copy please contact 705-494-8600 at extension 3227. A separate phone message will be sent when report cards and timetables are available on-line.
