Graduation Information 2025-2026
The St. Joseph-Scollard Hall CSS graduation dinner and dance will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
The graduation ceremony will take place on Friday, June 26, 2026.
All fees are to be paid through SchoolCashonline
General Fee: $70.25, covers graduation ceremony at Boart Longyear Memorial Gardens, graduation gown and stole rental and graduation cap.

***All graduation gowns are to be returned to SJSH after the ceremony. Graduation gowns that are not returned will be subject to a charge***
Davedi Club Dinner and Dance: $72.25 per ticket, per person
Payment Due – May 19, 2026 ***Please note due to planning requirements no tickets can be purchased after this date***
An information letter and permission form must be signed by parents/guardians prior to students receiving their tickets. Students will not be allowed to participate without this form being signed. All guests will require a permission form as well, and will not be admitted without one.
Graduation Ceremony Information
Graduation Ceremony –Friday, June 26, 2026, at 11:00AM at Boart Longyear Memorial Gardens.
***All graduates will receive three tickets for family to attend the ceremony.****
Extra tickets will be available at a cost of $5.00 per ticket. Purchase using SchoolCashonline
Graduation Rehearsal is mandatory: Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 4:30PM at Memorial Gardens. All students participating in the graduation ceremony must attend.
Graduation Dinner and Dance — Wednesday, June 24, 2026, starting at 5:00PM at the Davedi Club. Dance to follow dinner ending at 10:00PM
Please let Mrs. Mulak at the main office know of any dietary restrictions by June 12, 2026.
