Graduation Information 2023-2024
The St. Joseph-Scollard Hall CSS graduation ceremony and dinner will take place on Thursday June 27th, 2024.
Fees
All fees are to be paid through School Cash Online
General Fee: $70.25, covers graduation ceremony at the Capitol Centre, graduation gown, stole rental and graduation cap
Payment Due – April 25, 2024
***All graduation gowns are to be returned to SJSH after the ceremony. Graduation gowns that are not returned will be subject to a charge. Students are permitted to keep the graduation cap and tassel***
Davedi Club Dinner and Dance: $65 per ticket, per person
Payment Due – May 17, 2024 ***Please note due to planning requirements no tickets can be purchased after this date***
An information letter and permission form must be signed by parents/guardians prior to students receiving their tickets. Students will not be allowed to participate without this form being signed. All guests will require a permission form as well, and will not be admitted without one.
Graduation Ceremony Information
Graduation Ceremony – Thursday June 27th, 2024 at 11:00am at Capitol Centre
****All graduates will receive a limited number of tickets for family to attend the ceremony, this number will be determined at a later date once graduate numbers are confirmed**** Requests for extra tickets are to be submitted in
writing to the main office, and will be subject to availability.
Graduation Rehearsal – Wednesday June 26th, 2024 at 2:00pm at Capitol Centre. (date and time subject to change based on availability)
Graduation Dinner and Dance – Thursday June 27th, 2024 starting at 6:00pm at the Davedi Club. Dance to follow dinner ending at 10:00pm.
Farewell Assembly at SJSH – June 2024 (date to be determined)
